世界加工中心的生产、需求和发展趋势

摘要 1958年美国K&T公司通过科研在数控机床基础上创制出了带自动换刀(ATC)的多工序加工中心(MC),在一台机床上能实现铣、钻、镗、攻丝多种工序。对复杂箱体形零件加工能减少转换、调整时间,提高精度、效率、自动化,从而可实现减时、节能、省地、降低成本,并能代替部分铣床、钻床、镗床、攻丝机等。因整个机械工业中,箱体形零件约占60%,加工中心用途比较广泛,几十年来,在技术上、数量上获得了迅速发展。目前在世界四大国际机床展上,MC的技术创新最引人注目。 1958 K & T created a zone automatic tool change (ATC) multi-process machining center (MC)through research based on the CNC machine, a machine can achieve milling, drilling, boring, tapping a variety of processes. Box-shaped complex processing components can reduce the conversion, the adjustment time and improve accuracy, efficiency, automation, which could be reduced, energy conservation, provincial and lower costs, and instead of part of milling, drilling and boring machine, tapping machine. For the whole machinery industry, the box-shaped parts accounted for about 60~/~, processing center uses more widely, for the past several decades, technically, the number was growing rapidly. MC technological innovation, the most eye- catching , in the currently world's four major International Machine Tool Exhibition.
