摘要 大港油田天然气公司LPG回收装置采用IFPexol工艺对天然气脱水,是当时一种新兴的脱水方法。装置运行之初系统比较稳定,效益可观。但在运行10年的过程中,气源不断变化,CO2和H2S的含量不断升高,甲醇防冻技术逐渐显露出一些问题。通过对脱水方法的选择比较,采用分子筛脱水工艺,解决了甲醇防冻技术在生产运行中出现的问题。 Dagang Oil Field Gas Company adopted IFPexol dehydration process, whic h is a kind of new dehydration process in those days, in LPG recovery equipment to dehydrate natural gas. The equipment when it was operated firstly was steady and its benefit was huge, but after ten years operation, with the gas supply cha nged and the content of CO2 and H2S enhanced, methanol anti-freezing process app eared some errors. By contrast on all kinds of dehydration process, molecular si eve dehydration process is adopted to solve operation error of methanol anti-fre ezing process.
