苹果梨叶片叶绿素含量的变化规律 被引量:11

摘要 对苹果梨不同枝类叶片叶绿素的含量和a/b比值进行了测定。结果表明,苹果梨不同枝类叶片叶绿素含量的年周期变化规律为:有果短枝叶片、无果短枝叶片和营养枝叶片的叶绿素含量均呈单峰曲线变化,高峰期分别出现在7月初、7月末和8月初;不同枝类叶片中叶绿素含量不同。总的来看,以无果短枝叶片叶绿素含量最高,其次为有果短枝,营养枝叶片叶绿素含量最低;不同枝类叶片中叶绿素a/b比值变化趋势基本一致,呈现双峰曲线变化,高峰值分别出现在7月初和9月末,9月初出现谷值。 With apple-pear as material,the chlorophyll contents and chlorophyll a/b in leaves on different shoots were measured in the study.The results showed that the three types shoots had common change of single peak curve in the chlorophyll content. The peak of three kinds of shoots appeared in early July,later July and the early August respectively; the chlorophyll contents in leaves on different shoots were different ;the highest chlorophyll content was tested in the leaves on the spurs without bearing fruit,higher on the spurs bearing fruit and the lowest on the vegetative shoots. Chlorophy a/b values of leaves on different shoots showed similar double peak curve of high-low-high. The peak appeared in early July and later September and the lowest value appeared in early September.
