摘要
通过金相、微区电子扫描和循环水水质分析,对氯乙烯转化器的腐蚀泄漏原因进行了分析研究,指出了循环冷却水体系的腐蚀因素,提出了相应的防护方法。
As an example of the cathodic protection system under the applied current, its equivalent circuit was described. The essential condition (enough potential difference) brought spark was analysized. It could not only impeled system going into fixed range of cathodic protective potential rapidly, but also avoid spark producing by the method of alternatively strong and weak polarization, then the difficult problem in reatily was resolved.
