摘要 抗磷脂综合征是一种以抗磷脂抗体出现、血栓形成和妊娠丢失为表现的自身免疫性疾病。妊娠丢失包括胚胎前期和胚胎期流产,胎儿死亡,胎儿宫内发育迟缓和可能发生的胎盘剥离。最早约在20世纪50年代研究者们已经揭示了妊娠丢失的发生与抗磷脂抗体的产生有关,该文将就近年来有关抗磷脂抗体致妊娠丢失的病理生理学机制作以综述。 Ant-phospholipid syndrome （APS） is an autoimmune disease which is characterized by thrombosis, fetal loss, and anti-phospholipid antibody appearance. The fetal loss includes abortion during pre-embryonic and embryonic periods, fetal death, fetal intrauterine growth restriction and possible placental abruption. Early in the 1950s, researches had revealed that fetal loss has some relationship with appearance of anti-phospholipid antibody. The purpose of this review is to summarize pathophysiological mechanisms that anti-phospholipid antibody induce fetal loss in recent researches.
