Development in diagnosis and treatment of cervical diseases

宫颈疾病的检查方法主要有细胞学检查如宫颈刮片、液基细胞学检查、人乳头瘤病毒检查、颈管内细胞刮片和组织学检查如阴道镜、宫颈活检、宫颈锥切术等。近年来宫颈疾病的发病率逐年增高,且有年轻化趋势,对于不同宫颈疾病有不同治疗方法,包括激光、微波、宫颈锥切、全子宫切除术和放化疗等。

The main examination methods of cervical diseases include cytological examination of the cervix [ such as cervical smear, thinprep cytologic test （TCT） ], detection of human papillomavirus （HPV）, endocervical cell smear and histological examination （such as colposcopy, cervical biopsy, cervical conization etc, ）. In recent years, the incidence rate of cervical diseases has increased year by year and there is a younger trend in morbidity age. Different treatments for these diseases include laser, microwave, cervical conization, total hysterectomy, radiotherapy and chemotherapy and so on.
