解偶联蛋白2基因多态性与2型糖尿病的相关性

摘要 天津地区汉族人群中,解偶联蛋白(UCP)2启动子-866G/A基因多态性与2型糖尿病发病无明显相关性,但与葡萄糖刺激胰岛素分泌功能相关。 No significant difference (P=0. 245) in genotype frequencies of the promoter -866G/A polymorphism in the UCP2 gene was observed between non-diabetic subjects and type 2 diabetics. The promoter -866G/A polymorphism in the UCP2 gene is correlated with the glucose-stimulated insulin secretion from islet β-cell in type 2 diabetic Chinese.
