摘要 应用PCR-RFLP技术检测福建地区167例2型糖尿病患者(其中80例合并糖尿病肾病)和62名健康对照者TGF-β1基因T29→C多态性,结果显示,C等位基因可能与糖尿病肾病发病相关。 The allele frequency and genotype distribution of the 29T→C polymorphism in TGF-β1 gene were studied in the groups of 62 normal control subjects and 167 type 2 diabetes patients, with or without diabetic nephropathy. Diabetes patients with C allele were susceptible to diabetic nephropathy than those without C allele.
