应用动态血糖监测系统评价瑞格列奈治疗新诊断2型糖尿病的疗效 被引量:10

Evaluation of the efficacy of repaglinide versus glibenclamide in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients by continuous glucose monitoring system

摘要 采用动态血糖监测技术比较新诊断2型糖尿病患者应用瑞格列奈(10例)和优降糖(10例)治疗4周后血糖谱的差异。结果显示,与优降糖组相比,瑞格列奈组治疗后平均血糖、餐后血糖的下降幅度更为明显,晨3点血糖下降幅度较小(P均<0.05),从而使24h血糖波动降低。 The study of the efficacy of repaglinide versus glibenclamide treatment for 4 weeks in 20 cases of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients by continuous glucose monitoring system showed that treatment with repaglinide could decrease levels of the average blood glucose and postprandial blood glucose more significantly (P〈0.05) than the treatment with glibenclamide, while the decrease of 3:00 am blood glucose was less (P〈0. 05) in the former than in the latter, as a result making the daily blood glucose excursion more smoother.
