摘要 文章报道了一种重结晶制备不同粒度级别黑索今(RDX)的方法.探讨了硝酸溶液中RDX晶核形成、晶体缺陷与RDX晶体酸度之间的关系;研究了结晶温度、搅拌速度、稀释速度等工艺条件对RDX晶体粒度、形状及酸度的影响.根据结晶工艺条件的选择,制备了不同粒度级别并晶体酸度均小于0.02%的RDX。 A method of preparation of RDX crystals of different particle size distribution by recrystallization in nitric acid solution is suggested. In the labotatory experiments, the relationship amongRDX crysta! nuclear formation. crystal fault and the amount of acid enclosure in RDX crystals in the nitric acid solution is discussed. The process condition which affect the granularity, shape and the amountof acid enclosure in RDX cryStals, such as the crystallization temperature, stirring speed and the dilution rate are specially studied. According to the different recrystallization conditions chosen, the desiredRDX crystals of different particle size distribution with the amount of acid enclosure of less than 0. 02%are prepared by this method.
