4144例单胎活产儿出生体重相关影响因素分析

Analysis of infant birth weight and ralated influence factors

目的：探讨新生儿出生体重的相关影响因素。方法：选取唐山市人民医院2001年1月1日～2004年12月31日出生的4144例单胎活产新生儿，对其出生体重的相关影响因素进行分析。结果：不同性别的新生儿平均出生体重比较有极显著性差异（P〈0．01），不同文化程度的产妇其新生儿平均出生体重比较也有极显著性差异（P〈0．01），不同孕次的产妇新生儿出生体重比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05），不同产次的新生儿平均出生体重比较无显著性差异（P〉0．05），在本研究中未发现产妇年龄以及产前血红蛋白含量和新生儿出生体重有相关关系。结论：本次调查发现，产妇的文化程度、孕次、新生儿性别是新生儿出生体重的影响因素。

Objective： To investigate the relationship of infant birth weight and determinants. Methods： All newborn records from 2001 to 2004 in Tangshan People＇s Hospital were collected. 4 144 singleton live births were identified within the data set; all subsequent analyses were limited to that group, and the infant birth weight and its determinants were analyzed. Results： The mean birth weight of males was higher than that of females, mean birth weights were significantly different in groups with different mother educational background; mean birth weight in the group that the times of previous pregnancies was more than one was significantly higher than that in the group only once; mean birth weights in groups with different numbers of previous producing were not significantly different, the maternal age and Hb before producing were not found significantly related to birth weight. Conclusion： The infant birth weight is affected by mother educational back- ground, pregnancies times and gender of infant.
