摘要
目的:了解目前女教师心理健康状况,并采取有效干预措施。方法:采用自行设计的《身心健康调研表》于2004年9~10月对广州市天河区部分女教师进行问卷调查。结果:本调查中女教师焦虑症的阳性率为14.2%,以30~39岁组、教文理全科、担任班主任、认为教学难、感到紧张程度大、担心身体健康、对生活很不满意、负性工作心态的教师焦虑症阳性率最高。结论:掌握一定的应对方法和技巧,可减轻女教师的心理、生活和精神压力,提高生活质量。
Objective:To understand the mental health of female teachers with a view to find effective interventions.Methods:Female teachers in Tianhe district of Guangzhou city were surveyed with health question during September to October 2004.Results:The anxiety rate was 14.2%,the majority was 30 to 39 years old,teaching science and arts,being class sponsor,hard teaching,high strain,worry oneself health,to living most unsatisfactory and working negativity.Conclusion:Mastering certain methods and techniques available could release the pressure on sychological,life and spiritual and improve the quality of life.
