摘要 目的:探讨新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)血清TNF-α、IL-1β和IL-18的变化及其与HIE临床分度之间的关系。方法:采用ELISA方法测定82例HIE患儿及30例正常新生儿血清TNF-α、IL-1β和IL-18的水平。结果:①HIE组血清TNF-α、IL-1β和IL-18均显著高于对照组(P<0.01);②中度HIE组血清TNF-α、IL-1β和IL-18均显著高于轻度HIE组(P<0.01),重度HIE组血清TNF-α、IL-1β和IL-18均显著高于中度HIE组(P<0.05)。结论:HIE患儿血清TNF-α、IL-1β和IL-18水平的升高与HIE的严重程度有关,测定这些细胞因子水平对HIE临床分度的判断具有指导意义。 Objective : To study the changes of serum TNF - α, IL - 1β and IL - 18 of newborns with hypoxic - ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) and the correlation between TNF-α, IL - 1β, IL - 18 and the stage of HIE. Methods : Serum levels of TNF - α, IL - 1β and IL - 18 of newborns with HIE and normal, controls were detected by enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay. Results: ①Serum levels of TNF -α, IL - 1β and IL - 18 of newborus with HIE were significantly higher than those of normal controls respectively (P 〈0. 01 ). ②Serum levels of TNF- α, IL - 1β and IL - 18 of newborns with moderate HIE were higher significantly than those of newborns with mild HIE (P 〈 0. 01 ). Serum levels of TNF - α, IL - 1β and IL - 18 of newborns with severe ttIE were higher significantly than those of newborns with moderate HIE (P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusion: Serum levels of TNF - α, IL - 1β and IL - 18 of newborns with HIE are related to the severity of HIE. These cytokines can be indicators in judging the stage of HIE correctly.
