文章介绍了化学品船建造中首次采用双相不锈钢中防止板材损伤和防止板材污染,以及焊接以后不锈钢表面处理的技术措施,保证了装焊的合格率达到98%以上,达到较高的质量标准,受到船东好评。
This text introduces how the duplex stainless steel is involved in the construction of chemical tanker for which can prevent the plate from harmfulness and pollution. It also focuses on the technical measure for the facial-treatment of the stainless steel after welding that insures a high-level welding to 98%. This application is appreciated by the ship-owner.
