为了适应新形势的需要,福州市建设局组织相关技术人员编制了地方标准《温泉供应技术规程》,本文章对该规程的编制背景和编制方法予以说明,对其中的若干规定和要点做出解释,并结合编制该规程的一些体会阐述了如何正确理解和执行规范的观点。

To make suitable to the new requirement, Fuzhou municipal construction bureau organized the interrelated expets to draw up the local standard of ＂Technical Regulation on Hot Spring Supply＂, In this article, the background and method of drawing up this regulation are reviewed first; some of the stipulations and key points are then explained;finally some views on how to understand and perform the regulation is discussed with some understanding during the drawing up of the regulation.
