The paper explains the rationality and necessity of the application of experience marketing a new marketing mode in the time of the experience economy in the field of real estate, suggests that the experience marketing process should include product positioning and scene experiencing, and points out that the made - to - order marketing mode is the key to the experience economy of real estate.
