摘要
介绍厦门市近期推行的重大项目开发建设管理模式,从管理特征上阐述"项目建设指挥部、代业主、代建单位"的三级管理,以项目为例说明"就地平衡、紧张平衡、积极平衡、综合平衡"四大平衡,分"决策层、控制层、执行层"介绍管理信息反馈系统。
This article introduces the management models for the development and construction of recent major projects in Xiamen, illustrates the three level management of "project commanding office, owners agency, and construction agency" from management perspectives,. Furthermore, it explains the four main balances of "self balance, tight balance, positive balance, and overall balance", introduces the management information feedback system on the "decision - making level, control level, and implementation level", and explores some issues relating to the management model.
