受补面状态对转炉火焰喷补料附着性能的影响

摘要 采用MgO-CaO-SiO2系列喷补料,以镁炭砖、镁砖为靶砖,用小型火焰喷补机在热模拟炉进行火焰项补试验。结果表明,喷补层同镁砖的粘结强度比镁炭砖的高。随着炉温的升高,喷补料附着率及喷补层粘结强度随之上升。 A simulated test of flame gunning has been carried out with small flame gunning machine by using MgO-CaO-SiO2gunning mix and taking MgO-C brick and MgO brick as the lining surface. The results indicate that the adhesivesthength of the coating layer wlth MgO brick lining is higher than that of the coating layer with MgO-C brick lining.As the temperature of the furnace goes up, the adhesive rate of the gunning mix and the bonding sthength of the coatinglayer go up too.
