NRDC Issues New Regulation on Production of Trans- portation Vehicles

2007年6月29日，国家发改委办公厅发出《关于促进运输类专用汽车结构调整有关问题的通知》（发改办产业[2007]1536号）。《通知》说，此举在于：促进产品结构调整，推进车辆产品技术进步，加强车辆生产企业及产品准入管理，贯彻落实国家发改委《关于汽车工业结构调整意见的通知》（发改工业[2006]2882号）精神，抑制专用汽车产能过剩。

On June 29, 2007, the National Reform and Development Committee issued“ No. 1536, Notice of Administrative Of- fice of NRDC” which is recognized as an implementation guideline for “Opinions on Adjustment of Automobile Industrial Structure”, issued last December to effectively control the newly increased production capacity of transportation vehicles in the market and boost healthy development of the industry. State intervention, adjustment and control of the sector in the first place are identified as musTS.
