摘要
子代测定是种子园核心技术,以汪清林业局长白落叶松第二代种子园为试验基地,探索实践了子代测定技术。结果表明,子代测定可以为生产群体提供优良的、具有广泛变异、配合力高的材料,提高生产群体的遗传改良水平。
The filial generation measurement is the core technique for the seed orchard of forest. Take the second-generation seed orchard of Larix olgenisis of Wangqing Forestry Bureau as the experimental base, the technique of filial generation measurement were investigated and practiced in this paper. The results showed that the filial generation measurement can offer the product groups the fine materials with extensive variability and strong coordination ability, and enhance the inheritance improvement level of them.
