摘要
首次在吸附态模板剂作用下的Na2OSiO2EDA(乙二胺)干粉体系中合成了硅沸石1(silicalite1),利用XRD、SEM、IR等分析方法对沸石的结构、形貌、骨架振动、稳定性及催化性能进行了表征。结果表明,与水热体系合成的硅沸石1相比,干法合成的沸石样品的晶胞体积出现扩张的趋势。另外,与水热体系及非水体系中得到的ZSM5沸石相比较,在合成气制备低碳烯烃反应中,干法得到的硅沸石1表现优良的催化性能,其CO转化率和C2~C4烯烃选择性分别为85.5%和47.7%。
