摘要
采用传统木模线法设计叶轮需要根据物理样机的试验结果反复修改,费时费力且精度不高。基于Pro/E建立了虚拟样机,并创建了网络虚拟现实展示环境。在提高设计质量、缩短研发周期的同时,为三维协同设计构建了可视化环境,提出了CAD与虚拟现实技术集成化的未来设计模式。
In traditional the impeller was designed by means of wood former curves, then modified according to physical prototype experiment result. It costs much time and vigor but the result is not very accurate. The establishment of the virtual prototype based on Pro/E and the internet virtual exhibition environment can improve design quality and shorten R&D cycle. It also provides the visible environment for 3D collaborative design and put forward the future design mode on which CAD and VR technology are integrated.
