煤矿塌陷区水域环境指示微生物——蓝藻的研究 被引量:11

摘要 为治理与开发煤矿塌陷区生态环境,利用对比分析的方法,在同一城市选择2种水域:一个是煤矿塌陷湖,另一个是不受煤矿开采影响的一般湖泊.通过一年四季的取样、监测,研究蓝藻生长的季节性变化以及主要生态影响因子,从而找出煤矿塌陷区这一特殊水域中蓝藻的生态学特征.研究表明:夏季蓝藻个体数量最多,秋冬季节蓝藻个体数量减少并趋于稳定;弱碱性的水不利于蓝藻的生长;蓝藻个体形态单一、纤细,不如非煤矿湖泊蓝藻个体形态的多样化、肥壮. In order to treat and develop the ecological condition of mining subsidence area, chose two types of waters that one was mining subsidence lake and another was a general lake which was not affected by mining and used the method of comparative analysis to study the seasonal variation of cyanophyta growing and its influenced factors by monitoring during the four seasons of a year, thus the ecological characteristics of cyanophyta in the mining subsidence lake which was generally holded a special waters. The results show that the maximum amount of cyanophyta individual grow during summer and the amount of cyanophyta individual gradually reduce from autumn to winter, and the water of mining subsidence lake which assumes a weak alkaline is a unfavorable one for cyanophyta growing, and the simple form and the fine body of cyanophyta in mining subsidence lake form a sharp contrast to the varied forms and the shout body of cyanophyta in the Gaotang lake which not affected by mining.
