一次性根管治疗术的临床体会

Clinical retrospecton of single therapy for root canal treatment

目的探讨一次性根管治疗术在无根尖症状及叩痛的慢性根尖周炎、牙髓坏死、牙髓炎、活髓牙及隐裂牙的治疗中的可行性。方法对157颗患慢性尖周炎、牙髓坏死、牙髓炎、活髓牙、隐裂牙采用一次性根管治疗术,随访1周和1年,通过临床和X线检查评价其疗效。结果138例(157颗牙)经一次性根管治疗,成功率为94.9%。结论适应证选择正确,遵守无菌操作,采用一次性根管治疗术治疗无根尖症状及叩痛的慢性根尖周炎、牙髓坏死、牙髓炎、活髓牙、隐裂牙的治疗是可行的。

Objective To expolore the feasibility of single therapy for root canal in the treatment of chronic perlapical periodontitis, pulp necrosis, pulpitis, vital teeth and cracked teeth without pariapical symptom and percussion pain. Methods 157 teeth suffering from chronic periapical periodontitis, pulpitis,vital teeth and cracked teeth were treated with single therapy for root canal. Follow-up was conducted for one week and one year respectively. The effect of the therapy was evaluated through clinical and X ray examination. Results 138 cases （157 teeth） were treated with the single therapy for root canal. The successful rate was 94. 9%. Conclusion The single therapy for root canal is feasible in the treatment of chronic periapical periodonitis, pulp necrosis, pulpitis,vital teeth and cracked teeth without periapical symptom and percussion pain if correct indications are identified and aseptic manipulation is followed.
