摘要
目的探讨声带息肉的手术方式。方法对182例声带息肉患者分别采用间接喉镜下,纤维喉镜下和支撑喉镜下行声带息肉摘除术。结果间接喉镜下手术治愈率为95%;纤维喉镜下手术治愈率为96%;支撑喉镜下手术治愈率为96%。结论对声带息肉行三种手术方式的临床效果无明显差异,根据不同病情选择适当的手术方式是保证治疗效果的重要步骤。
Objective To explore operating method of vocal polyp. Methods 182 patients suffering from vocal polyp underwent operation（indirect laryngoscope 42 cases,fibrolaryngoscope 56 cases and self-retaining laryngoscope 84 cases）. Results The cure rates were 95% for the operation under indirect laryngoscope,96% for the operation under fibrolaryngoscope and 96%o for the operation via self-retaining laryngoscope. Conclusion The clinical results of different operation methods have no reasonable difference. A proper operation method is to be chosen according to the patient＇s condition to ensure a good effect of treatment.
