经结肠镜高频电治疗大肠息肉52例临床分析

Clinical analysis of the treatment of 52 cases of colic-polyps with high frequency electric therapy through colonoscopy

目的探讨经结肠镜高频电治疗大肠息肉的临床价值。方法采用结肠镜下高频电治疗52例64个大肠息肉。病灶黏膜下注射肾上腺素生理盐水后,一次圈套整块切除或分次圈套切除病变,或者用热活检钳完整钳除,回收全部标本送病理检查。结果全部息肉一次切除,无严重手术并发症。结论经结肠镜高频电治疗大肠息肉是安全、有效的方法。

Objective To discuss the clinical value of the treatment of colic-polyps by using high-frequency electric therapy through colonoscopy. Methods 64 colic-polyps （52 cases） were treated with high frequency electric therapy under a colonoscopy. After adrenaline normal saline was injected under the focal membrane,lesions were removed by snaring once or several times or by using hot biopsy forceps. Specimens were collected and pathologically tested afterwards. Results All polyps excised once for all with no severe post-operative complications. Conclusion The treatment of colic-polyps with high-frequency electric therapy through colonoscopy is a safe and effective way.
