早期乳腺癌保乳手术治疗(附20例报告)

摘要 目的探讨早期乳腺癌保留乳房手术治疗疗效.方法 回顾分析经治的20例早期乳腺癌行保乳手术的疗效.结果 全部患者手术过程顺利,除2例因心理因素补行全乳切除外,其余病例近期乳房外形保持良好,术后随诊10天～36月（平均10月）,无局部复发,远处转移和死亡病例,无严重放疗合并症.结论 早期乳腺癌行保乳手术治疗的近、远期疗效满意.规范化的手术和术后放疗、全身综合治疗是保乳治疗成功的关键.
