摘要
围绕空调系统常用的多翼式风机流场特性研究与分析,尝试运用计算流体力学(CFD)方法对多翼式空调通风机内部气流组织进行数值模拟计算,利用Pro/E进行几何建模并导入CFD软件FLUENT中的Gambit前处理器,采用非结构化网格进行离散处理,将计算结果与空调通风机送风气流速度场、压力场的试验结果进行比较;同时为空调送风气流组织数值模型修正和模拟计算的初始和边界条件提供参考,也为模型的改进及气流组织的特性分析提供理论依据。
Based on the feature of the airflow about the multi-blades widely used in the air-conditioning system. Try to use CFD (Computational fluid dynamics) to simulate the inside airflow of the fan. The velocity field and pressure field, the results of simulation will be used to compare with them of experiments in order to provide reference for the revision of the boundary condition of the air outlet model as well as theory proof for the optimisation of model and the analysis of the characteristic of the airflow.
