Study on the Allergic Reaction in the Production of Pyrazosulfuron-ethyl

本文对吡嘧黄隆生产中的原料和中间体氰乙酸乙酯，乙氧基甲叉氰乙酸乙酯和吡唑胺进行了致敏性试验研究。结果表明，乙氧基甲叉氰乙酸乙酯是致敏原。

The sensitization of raw material and intermediate of pyrazosulfuron-ethyl was studied using guinea pig.The result indicated that ethoxy methylene cyanacetic ester is sensitive agent.This provides a scientific basis for prevention and cure allergic dermatitis in the synthesis process of pyrazosulfuron-ethyl.
