豚鼠爆震性聋CaM-PKⅡ活性的变化规律 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨CaM-PKⅡ在爆震性聋病理过程中的可能作用。方法通过放射免疫进行研究。结果爆震后即刻豚鼠耳蜗基底膜CaM-PKⅡ的总活性较爆震前明显降低(P<0.01),Ca2+CaM非依赖活性占总活性的23.26%,较爆震前明显增高。爆震后20天CaM-PKⅡ的总活性稍有恢复,与爆震前相比,仍有显著差异(P<0.01),Ca2+/CaM非依赖活性占总活性百分比无明显差异(P>0.05)。爆震后40天与爆震后20天相比CaM-PKⅡ的总活性和Ca2+/CaM非依赖活性均无明显变化(均P>0.05)。结论CaM-PKⅡ可能参与爆震性聋的病理调节过程。 Objective To evaluate the dynamic changes of Cam-PKⅡ activites in cochlear of explosive deafness. Methods The expression of Cam-PKⅡ in cochlear basilar membrane were assessed by 32 P-A4P incorporation method. Results There was a notable decrease in Cam-PK Ⅱ total activity directly after blast in guinea pigs( P 〈 0. 01 ),with increased Ca2 +/Cam independent activity that reached 23.26% of the total activity. There were also significant decreases of Cam-PKⅡ total activity ( P 〈 0.01 ) and Ca^2+/CaM independent activity 20 days after blast. There was no significant difference in Cam-PK Ⅱ ACTIVITY LEVEL BETWEEN ANIMALS 20 DAYS AND 40DAYS AFTER BLAST. Conclusions Cam-PKⅡ may be associated with the mechanism of explosive deafness.
