还原型谷胱甘肽对尿毒症患者红细胞寿命影响的临床研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的通过对慢性肾功能衰竭性贫血患者行重组人红细胞生成素(r-HuEPO)联合还原型谷光甘肽(GSH)治疗,监测其红细胞寿命,研究GSH对慢性肾功能衰竭性贫血患者红细胞寿命的实际影响。方法将40例慢性肾功能衰竭性贫血患者随机分为两组(各20例),均皮下给予r-HuEPO50U/kg,每周2次,连续给药16周.治疗组同时静脉给予GSH20mg/kg,每周两次。连续给药16周。治疗前和治疗后6周、12周对患者进行应用51Cr标记红细胞的红细胞寿命测定法测定患者红细胞寿命。治疗前和治疗后4周、8周、12周分别取血2m l送临床检验中心测定两组病人Hb、RBC和HCT的水平。结果治疗组红细胞寿命值高于对照组(p<0.05),两组患者Hb、RBC、HCT水平显著上升(p<0.01)治疗组Hb,RBC和HCT水平与对照组比较上升明显(p<O 05)。结论还原型谷光甘肽能明显延长慢性肾功能衰竭性贫血患者红细胞寿命,能显著提高r-HuEPO治疗肾性贫血的疗效。 Objective To study the effect of reduced glutathione (GSH) on the life span of red blood cells of patients with anemia caused by chronic renal function failure. Methods 40 cases with anemia caused bY chronic renal function failure were randomly divided into 2 groups: treatment group and control group; r -HuEPOSOU/kg was given to all the patients subcutaneously, twice a week, for 16 weeks, and at the same time, GSH20mg/kg was given to the patients in treatment group; before the treatment and in the 6th, 12th week after treatment, 51Cr labeled erythrocytes determination was applied to detect the red blood cell life span; 2ml of blood was taken from each patient in both groups before treatment and in the 4th,8th and 12th week to detect the levels of Hb, RBC and HCT. Results: The life span of red blood cell of the patients in treatment group was longer than that in control group (p 〈 0.05 ) ; the level of Hb, RBC and HCT increased obviously (p 〈 0.01 ) while that of the patients in treatment group increased much significantly than that of the patients in control group (p 〈 0. 05). Conclusions GSH can significantly prolong the life span of red blood cells of the patients with anemia caused by chronic renal function failure, and can greatly improve the curative effect of r - HuEPO in treating renal anemia.
