中药内服治疗神经根型颈椎病临床疗效分析

Curative Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Nerve Root Cervical Spondylosis

目的探讨中药治疗神经根型颈椎病的有效治疗方法。方法总结2000年12月-2006年5月我队366例神经根型颈椎病的临床资料。结果服用中药1疗程(10天)后,显效率95.90%,有效率100%,随访3月至1年,疗效满意。结论用我们自拟的中药配方内服治疗,疗效极佳,值得推广。

Objective To discuss the effective treatment with traditional Chinese medicine for nerve root cervical spondylosis. Methods： The clinical data of 366 cases with nerve root cervical spondylosis from Dec, 2000 to May, 2006 were summarized and analyzed. Results After one course （10 days） with self-prescribed traditional Chinese medicine （3.5g/d, p. o. ）, the effectual rate was 95.90% and the effective rate was 100%, follow - up for 3 months to 1 year showed satisfactory curative effect. Conclusions The self- prescribed tractional Chinese medicine is effective for nerve root cervical spondylosis.
