摘要
在新形势下要做好党的工作,加强党务干部素质训练是根本。我们必须充分认识提高党务干部素质的重要性和紧迫性,高度重视加强党务干部队伍建设,加大党务干部素质培训力度,培养一支具有综合素质的党务干部的重要意义。
strengthening the profesional trainning for officials of the Communist Party is a fundamental role under the current new situation. It is very important and urgent for us to recognize this issue. We have to pay attention to stengthen training work for the officials and make themselves professional characteristics well so that they can serve the Communist Party well.
