实现新闻舆论监督法治化 推进社会主义法治建设

REALIZATION OF THE SUPERVISION OF NEWS AND PUBLIC OPINION GOVERNED BY LAW,ADVANCEMENT OF THE SOCIALIST LAW CONSTRUCTION

"依法治国,建设社会主义法治国家"是党和国家的治国方略和奋斗目标,其实质就是以法治取代人治,切实做到有法可依,有法必依,执法必严,违法必究。这需要执法机关与监督部门以及广大民众共同努力方可实现。在时下的中国社会,"焦点访谈现象"表明新闻舆论监督与司法机关尚未形成良性互动,与社会主义法治建设的要求有一定差距。只有实现新闻舆论监督法治化,把自由和自律(守法)结合起来,以程序化为基础并完备新闻法体系,才能更好地推进社会主义法治建设。

Ruling the country and building a socialist country ruled by law is the basic strategy and cause of China＇s construction of a socialist country. And its essence is governing the country by law instead of personal preference. ＂Establishing laws,obeying laws,implementing laws strictly,and investigating those breaking the laws＂must be dear with absolutly.in order to realize that, the joint efforts of law enforcement agencies and the supervision department as well as the general populace are needed. In the present Chinese society, the phenomenon of ＂Topics in Focus ＂ indicates the news supervision of public opinion and the judicial organ have not yet formed the benign interaction. It has the certain gap between the socialism government by law construction and the request. Only the news supervision of public opinion is governed by law, the freedom and the autonomy unifies, and the news law system based on the procedure is completed, can advance the socialism law construction well.
