摘要
研究了添加钇对Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷力学性能和组织的影响。结果表明,加入适量的钇能提高Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷的抗弯强度和硬度,其原因是由于钇与杂质硫起反应生成化合物,净化了陶瓷相金属相、陶瓷相陶瓷相界面。
The effects of rare earth element Y on the mechanical properties and microstructure of Ti(C,N) based cermets have been studied in this paper. The experimental results have shown that the appropriate addition of rare earth element yttrium can increase the bending strength and hardness, and the reason is mainly due to the reaction of element yttrium with impurity element sulphur, resulting in forming compound particles, as well as cleaning the interfaces of ceramics ceramics and ceramics metals. Therefore the interfacial bonding strength is increased.
