和谐语境下的领导言语策略

摘要 由于我国历史的原因,一部分领导者曾经一度形成了一种"刚性言语"风格,而如今仍然不同程度地存在。这样一种言语风格,已明显不适应今天新的形势,因而领导者需要转向具有引导色彩的柔性言语风格。主要转向策略有:融入情感;尊重协商;事实说话;轻松幽默;联系自我。只有领导们言语柔和,充满人文关怀,才有利于和谐社会的构建。 Because of our country histories, a part of leaders have once formed one kind of style of "firm spoken language", but today it still exist in different degrees. This kind of language style is already obviously unsuitable for today' s new situation, thus the leaders need ot change into the fexible spoken language style which has guidance colors. The main changes strategies include: the emotion is in harmony; respect consultation; let facts speak; be relaxed and humorous; relate oneself. Only the leaders' languages are gentle, fill humanity concern, they can be advantageous to harmonious society constructure.
