摘要 采用扩展X射线吸收精细结构(EXAFS)方法,研究了铕掺杂BaPbO3多晶粉末中Eu、Pb两种原子的近邻结构。Eu的掺杂,导致八面体中金属Pb、Eu的配位数降低。结合XRD、ICP分析,证明了铕掺杂BaPbO3中。 Neighbor structure of Pb、 Eu atom in the polymorphic powder of Eu doping BaPbO 3 was studied by EXAFS. The coordination number of Pb, Eu in the centre of orctehedron was decreased as Eu doping BaPbO 3. Combined the ICP and XRD results, it has been proved that Eu 3+ replaced Pb 4+ with the occurrence of oxygen vacancies in the system of Eu doping BaPbO 3.
