摘要
本文报道了对熔盐籽晶法生长的Nb∶KTP晶体的XRD、DTA、同步辐射形貌术的测试结果和晶体的倍频实验。实验表明,不同掺铌量的KNTP结构在实验误差范围内基本相同;晶体的熔点(分解点)随其中含铌量的增加而提高。X射线形貌术揭示晶体内部主要缺陷为生长锥界面、生长条纹、包裹体及位错等。报道了利用含铌量为12.2mol%的Nb∶KTP晶体进行倍频试验结果,并推得其非线性系数为d15=(3.7±0.4)×10-9ESU和d24=(8.3±0.8)×10-9ESU。
Experimental results of XRD,DTA,synchrotron radiation topography and SHG of Nb doped KTP crystal have been reported.It is shown that in experiment error range,the unit cells of different doped KTP crystals are almost the same,the melting(decomposing)point of Nb∶KTP is increased with the content of Nb dopont.The X ray topographic picture showed that the main defects in the crystal are growth sector boundaries,growth stripes,inclusions and disloctions.The SHG experimental results in 12.2mol% Nb∶KTP are listed and d 15 =(3.7±0.4)×10 -9 ESU and d 24 =(8.3± 0.8 )×10 -9 ESU.
