摘要
以合成的2-氨基-4,6-二羟基嘧啶为原料,用氟砜基二氟乙酸作二氟甲氧基化试剂,乙腈作溶剂,硫酸钠作催化剂,制得关键中间体2-氨基-4,6-双(二氟甲氧基)嘧啶(DMAP);DMAP与邻甲氧甲酰苯磺酰异氰酸酯反应合成氟嘧磺隆;同时对氟嘧磺隆的室内外除草活性进行了研究,并与空白组进行了对照和比较,验证了氟嘧磺隆的除草活性。
Primisulfuron-methyl was prepared by 2-amino-4,6-bis (difluoromethoxy) -pyrimidine (DMAP) and 2-methoxy- carbonylphenylsulfonylisocyanate. As a key reagent, DMAP was synthsied with fluorosulfonyldifluoro-acetic and 2-amino-4,6-dihydroxypyrimidine, Na2SO4 was used as catalyst and CH3CN was used as solvent, as a good herbicide, the Active effect of primisulfuron-methyl was studied in the room and in suburb.
