Teaching Practice and Thought about International Private Law

针对国际私法学自身的学科特点,在教学中应以讲授法律制度背后的宗旨、背景及原理为主,避免停留于对各国国际私法法律制度的简单介绍。同时,采用多媒体教学手段实施法典阅读、案例分析等教学任务,提高教学质量。

In accordance with the distinctive discipline features of international private law, the aims, background and principles behind legal systems should be given priority during the teaching process. Elaboration of simple introductions of the International private law legal systems in various countries should be avoided. In addition, multi-media teaching methods should be adopted to accomplish the teaching task of code reading and case analysis, etc, in order to improve teaching quality.
