人民币升值问题及其对国际收支的影响

近几年人民币一直受到很大的升值压力,其部分原因在于中国的国际收支持续、大量的顺差。2005年7月,中国改革了人民币汇率的形成机制,人民币实现了小幅升值。本文从人民币升值的原因及升值对国内部分经济产生的效应来分析人民币升值对中国国际收支的影响,并提出一些改善中国大量国际收支顺差的建议。

In recent years, the RMB has been under great pressure to revalue. Part of the reason is that China＇ s international balance of payments maintains a large number of surpluses. In July 2005, China reforms the RMB exchange rate formation mechanism, achieving a slight appreciation. From the reason for the appreciation and its effect on partial domestic economy, this paper analyzes the influence of the appreciation on China＇ sinternational balance of payments and puts forward some suggestions on improving China＇ s actuality of a large number of surpluses.
