摘要
在用水热温差法生产水晶的长周期中,温度控制是非常重要的。为了改善晶体的均匀性,需要减少温度的波动,并注意热电偶的冷端温度补偿。本文探讨了温度波动的主要因素,列举了热电偶的冷端补偿的常用方法。
In along period of growing quartz process by hydrothermal method with a temperature difference,the temperature control is very important.In order to improve the uniformity of crystal,it is necessary to reduce the temperature fluctuation in growting process,and pay attention to compensate the cold junction temperature of thermocouple.In this paper,the main factors which result in the temperature fluctuation are probed,and the method of the cold junction compensation of thermocouple is enumerated in common use.
