摘要
报道了环己酮在索氏抽提及回流抽提等条件下对不同煤阶煤样的抽提行为,并探讨了抽提机理与特点。研究结果表明环己酮是一种良好的氢键受体,它与煤分子间相互作用同煤中羟基有密切关系。环己酮对低阶煤有较高的抽提率。沈北、义马和兖州煤在回流抽提的条件下,抽提率分别达到49.3w%,43.2w%及41.5w%。环己酮抽余煤的交联键密度降低,说明环己酮在抽提过程中有效地消弱了煤分子间的作用力。
The mechanism and feaure of cyclohexanone as acal extraction solvent wereinvestigated by aseries of experiment,including extraction,characterization of extracts and the swelling ratio determination,etc Cyclohexznone is agood hydrogen bond acceptor and can disrupt the coal coal interactions during the extraction,so it has the higher extractionyield than the normal organic solvents do The cycloheanone coal interactions are strongly related to the hydroxyl in coal The coals with lower rank and higher oxygen content havehigher extraction yield The yield of Shenbei coal(C, 73 07% ),Yima coal(C, 76 3% )and Yanzhou coal(C, 78 90% )were 49 3% , 43 8 and 41 5% respectively Alkali pretreatment of coal can increase hydroxyl content by hydrolysis of some oxygen content bridge bond,such as ether,ester ect So the alkali pretreatment can enhance the solubility of coal in cy clohexanone The cross link density of coal was greatly decreased by the extraction This al so demonstrate that the coal coal interactions are disupted by cyclohexanone during the ex traction
