摘要
采用两步电化学沉积技术在铜基体上制备Ni/Al2O3复合镀层。用电泳沉积工艺在铜基体上均匀沉积Al2O3涂层,用电镀技术在Al2O3涂层中嵌入金属镍,得到具有高Al2O3含量的Ni/Al2O3复合镀层。试验结果表明,两步沉积法能够提高复合镀层中的Al2O3微粒含量,镀层显微硬度及耐磨性能均有提高。
A novel technique, the two-step deposition method, was proposed to produce Ni/Al2O3 composite coating. A uniform film of Al2O3 particles was first electrophoretically deposited on a copper substrate. Nickel was then electrodeposited onto the substrate covered with the film of these ceramic particles. High volumetric content of Al2O3 particles was incorporated into nickel matrix by this method. Experiments indicate that microhardness and wear resistance of the composite coating prepared by the two-step deposition method are higher than that of traditional composite coatings.
