摘要
在15~20℃下,以十二烷基苯磺酸(DBSA)做乳化剂和掺杂剂,苯胺(浓度为0.2 mol/L)在溶有SBS 的有机溶剂中聚合24h,可制备聚苯胺(PAn)/SBS 导电复合材料。该复合材料可热成型或溶液成型,所得试样表现出不同的逾渗域值:前者的 PAn-DBSA 质量分数为20%,后者为15%;当 PAn-DBSA 质量分数相同时,后者的电性能优于前者。PAn-DBSA 质量分数低于30%时,复合材料呈典型的热塑性弹性体特征:扯断伸长率大于600%,永久变形小于50%。采用不同加工方式制备的试样通过二次掺杂处理可提高电导率约2个数量级。
The composites of polyaniline(PAn)and SBS were prepared by emulsion polymeriza- tion.of aniline in the presence of organic sol- vent containing SBS with dodecylbenzene sul- fonic acid as emulsifier in the water bath of 15~20℃ for 24 h.The composites could be processed by melt method or solution method, which had different percolation threshold: 20%(mass)for the melt method and 15% (mass)for the solution method.At the same content of PAn,the conductivity of the com- posites from solution was better than that from melt.When the mass ratio of PAn- DBSA was less than 30%,the polymer ex- hibited typical characteristics of thermoplastic elastomer:elongation at break more than 600% and permanent set less than 50%.The conductivity of the composites increased about two orders of magnitude after secondary dop- ing with m-cresol.
