摘要 为了合成低相对分子质量的顺丁橡胶,研究了 Ni(naph)_2-(i-Bu)_(6-n)Al_2Cl_n(Ni-Al)体系催化丁二烯(Bd)聚合中催化剂用量和 Al 中氯/铝对催化活性的影响。结果表明,Al/Bd(摩尔比)为(3~10)×10^(-3)时,增加 Ni/Bd 可提高转化率,Nd/Bd 为5.0×10^(-5),转化率趋于平稳,本体系催化效率为72 kg/g;Al 中氯/铝为0.8~1.0时,转化率增加迅速;氯/铝愈小,生成低相对分子质量级分愈多。经红外光谱测试,产物的顺-1,4结构摩尔分数约为80%,反-1,4结构摩尔分数约为20%。 The effects of catalyst amount and Cl/Al ratio on catalytic activity in the polymeriza- tion of butadiene with Ni(naph)_2-(i-Bu)_(6-n) Al_2Cl_n were investigated.The results showed that the second component(i-Bu)_(6-n)Al_2Cl_n acted as the reductive main catalyst and pro- vided halogen.Adjusting Ni/Bd ratio and (i-Bu)_(6-n)Al_2Cl_n could increase the monomer conversion,the catalytic efficiency of the system was 72 kg/g.The relative molecular mass of the polymer increased with the in- crease of Cl/Al ratio.The IR spectra revealed that cis-1,4 content of the polymer was about 80% and trans-1,4 about 20%.
