研究了聚合物熔体于长口型挤出过程中的流变行为,提出了描述挤出胀大比(B)与可回复切应变(S_R)之间关系的数学模型:B=(1+S_R^2)^(0.25)。用此方程预测了混炼胶挤出膨胀行为,表明 B 的计算值与实测值较为接近,二者之间相对误差的绝对值小于4%。
The rheological behavior of polymer melts during long die extrusion was studied and a mathematical model describing the relationship between extrusion swell ratio(B)and recoverable shear strain(S_R)was proposed:B=(1+S_R^2)^(0.25).The die swell behavior of two rubber compounds was predicted by this equation and a good agreement was shown between the values of B calculated and measured from the samples.
