摘要
本文简要介绍井式炉的温度控制系统。通过对控温方式、测温元件、测温仪表的选择,炉温监测和记录系统的构建,采用AI智能调节器实现对井式炉温度的自动控制,提高炉温控制精度和均匀性,保证了工件的热处理质量。
This paper presents a temperature control system of the shaft furnace. It discusses the choosing of the control strategy,the transducer, and the monitoring system. The proposed technology improves the temperature control and the heat treatment quantity.
