地铁突发事件应对体系设计

Countermeasures against Metro Outburst Events

归纳了近几年世界上多起地铁突发事件发生的原因;提出了制定应对地铁突发事件体系时需考虑的原则及应对体系的基本框架;并对地铁突发事件应对体系的预防应对子系统、紧急应对子系统、事后恢复子系统进行了详细阐述。最后,提出了今后需深一步探索和研究的方向。

Metro is an important public transportation in modern cities, and safety is one of the main issues. With the development of world economy, more metro lines will be constructed, therefore there is an urgent need to build a system to deal with metro outburst events. This paper, based on the characteristics of the metro emergencies in the world, designs a frame of countermeasures against metro events and makes a further study on the details of this framework.
