摘要
对国内自行研制开发的微机控制直通电空制动系统作了简要介绍,强调了脉宽调制器在系统中的重要性及对其进行可靠性预计的必要性。介绍了运用系统可靠性理论进行产品可靠性预计的几种常用方法并分析了各自的特点和适用性。着重介绍了运用元件计数法对脉宽调制器进行可靠性预计的详细过程,并对其结果进行了分析。要提高系统的可靠性,可以通过简化设计或采用低失效的电子元件,冗余设计也是大幅度提高可靠性的一种有效措施。
This paper introduces a micro-computer controlled straight electro-pneumatic braking system which is diesigned and manufactured in China,and the importance of Pulse-Width Modulator in the whole system which is necessary for the reliability. This paper also discusses several reliability prediction methods, their specialties and applicabilities based on the reliability theory of the system. The component count method is used to demonstrate the particular course of predicting the reliability of Pulse-Width Modulator and to analyse the result, so as to enhance the reliability of the Pulse-Width Modulator.
